Max Bozeman II has hit a home run with his edition on soul food. He is currently working on opening his 2nd location at 10009 Broadway Street suite 101 Pearland, TX 77584. He thought he missed his destined opportunity to be premiered on The Food Network channel, due to his battle with Colon Cancer. But what he didn’t know is that what is for you, is for you. The Food Network channel reached back out to him to premier his take on soul food on their channel, and it what a hit. In just a little over a year, Max has opened his first location, bought his food truck and is now opening a 2nd location. Nothing beats a failure but a try, a little hope and determination. When you get a chance, stop by his restaurant and try his stuffed turkey leg with dirty rice, collard greens, mac n cheese and covered with his special cajun sauce, can you say yummy! We commend this young man on not only following his dreams, but also having the will power to fight and win his cancer battle. His strength can be tasted in each bite of his food.
Max was also awards Food Entrepreneur of the year at the 5th Annual Rated Boujie Entrepreneur Awards. It was a honor to honor such a hard working dedicated young man.
